HCT was created with the belief that all children are entitled to a healthy family environment and support, to better education and to a peaceful and productive living environment. The Children of Tigray, on the contrary, are deprived of this basic access due to the ongoing war that tore down their families, their access to education and their right to a peaceful living environment. Hence, HCT’s mission is to equip the Children of Tigray to be the masters of their fate, through the facilitation of the provision of a better family environment, better education and the creation of a productive living environment.
